What next

Having established the new CIO with constitution we are working with West Sussex County Council, the Charity Commission, Almond Tree International and Blandy & Blandy LLP to prepare to transfer the endowment of the property to the new charity.

This will take time to navigate the legal complexities but we hope that we will be able to start on our plans and access to the building later in the autumn.
