offers soothing and guided relaxation classes at Park Centre to help you unwind and recharge. Led by experienced therapist Karen Omara, these sessions use visualisation to release tension, reduce anxiety, and restore calm. Summerhaven Adult Mental Health Support Group

Mental health matters, and no one should face it alone. Summerhaven is a welcoming peer support group for adults that meets regularly at Park Centre. It’s a relaxed, judgment-free space to talk, share experiences, and connect with others who understand. This group helps reduce isolation, offering vital emotional support and friendship in the Burgess Hill community.

When: Every Sunday 1pm – 4pm
